On soccer

I'm not much of a big sports fan in general, but...

...watching all these people in Seattle showing up at the Pike Place Market all dolled up in their favorite soccer team's jerseys, even though none of the games were happening within any reasonable distance from the town, drove me to try and articulate just how bloody boring I find it.

I failed.
